AI Review
[4/5]
Dicte.ai is praised for its strong focus on data privacy and security, with data processed in the EU under GDPR and immediate audio deletion post-transcription. Users highlight accurate multi-language transcription, smart summaries, and support for on-site and hybrid meetings. However, accuracy can vary with audio quality, native integrations with platforms like Zoom/Teams are limited, and advanced features like custom analysis models require a paid Business plan.

Our Expert's Opinion
[4/5]
After trying tools like this, Dicte AI feels strong on the basics but not perfect. The recording and transcription are quick, minutes look clean, and the SWOT and project reports save time. Speaker labels are decent, but messy crosstalk can still confuse it, so I sometimes need to fix names. The mobile apps are easy, and exports work, but formatting can feel a bit rigid. Privacy promises are a big plus, though the “post-quantum” claim is hard to judge. The web app is fine for light work, but long files can feel slow. Multilingual support is handy, yet heavy accents or noisy rooms reduce accuracy. Offline mode is great, but it is for enterprise, so not everyone gets it. The “AI agent” is not ready yet, and pricing may add up if you have many long meetings. Overall, it is a good, focused helper, just expect some edits and rough edges.
