I tried Freed AI across busy clinic days and it really cut my charting time; the notes came out clear, with meds and terms spelled right, and the one-click push to the EHR felt smooth once I set it up. I liked that it learned my phrasing after a few edits, and support answered fast when I got stuck. But it is not perfect: in noisy rooms it missed a few soft details, and tricky multi-problem visits needed more cleanup; the browser push flow also felt clunky in one older EHR. I still had to read every note, and I made small fixes often. Pricing was fine for me, but a team would need to watch costs. Overall, it made my evenings lighter, but it still needs good audio, patient consent habits, and a careful review before sign-off.
