AI Review
[4.6/5]
Interprefy offers a robust and user-friendly platform for remote simultaneous interpretation and multilingual communication. Customers praise the professionalism and support from the team, the high quality of interpreters, and the advanced features. Some note the need for faster language switching and more staff for customer support, but overall the experience is highly positive with effective AI integration and strong customer service.

Our Expert's Opinion
[4/5]
I feel it is a strong choice for big, planned events, but not perfect for every situation. The audio and captions are usually very clear, and I like that you can mix human interpreters with AI translation in the same event, so important sessions can still have a real professional voice. It also works well with tools like Zoom and Teams, and the support material and tech team help a lot when things get complex. But it is not a “quick and simple” app: setup can feel heavy, you often need help from their team, and the platform is really more for companies than for small ad-hoc calls. Also, like many cloud tools, it fully depends on stable internet and good audio from speakers, and there can still be small delays or sync issues in hybrid setups, even though they try to manage latency. Overall, I would use Interprefy again for large, important events with a budget, but for casual meetings or when I just need quick AI subtitles, a lighter and cheaper tool might be enough.
