After trying Freshteam and comparing it with other HR tools I know, I feel it is easy to learn and the layout is clean, so I can move from job posting to candidate tracking without feeling lost. I like how it keeps hiring, onboarding and employee info in one place and has simple workflows that save me time on small HR tasks. But it is not perfect: some parts feel slow or a bit cluttered when there are many candidates, and managing them in bulk is not always smooth. I also saw that integrations and email notifications can be unreliable, and smaller teams may find the paid plans and strict cancellation rules a bit annoying. Overall, I think Freshteam is a good tool if you want simple HR and hiring in one app, but you should be ready for a few rough edges, especially with advanced features and support.
