SeekOut feels like a very strong tool for finding talent, but it is not perfect. It is great for hard searches because the AI, deep filters, and big profile database make it easier to find niche and diverse candidates than many older tools. People also like that it can pull emails, link to LinkedIn, and give rich talent insights, so you spend less time jumping between many tabs. But some users say the platform can feel a bit complex and heavy, with a learning curve and a UI that sometimes seems outdated or slow, especially when the site crashes or when simple things like saving searches to projects or downloading a profile do not work the way they expect. There are also comments that pricing is on the higher side, so it fits big or very active recruiting teams more than small teams that hire only a few people each year.
