AI Review
[4.2/5]
Supernormal is appreciated for its easy note-taking and useful AI features that create organized meeting summaries and to-do lists. Users like its straightforward integration with video calls and good transcription accuracy, though some note its AI voice recognition and summaries could improve. The free plan is generous, but premium features and UI navigation might feel limited to some.

Our Expert's Opinion
[4.2/5]
After trying Supernormal and comparing it with other AI note takers, I feel it’s a very handy tool but not perfect. I like how it automatically captures meetings, gives clean summaries, and pulls out action items so I don’t have to write everything myself, and the interface is simple enough that I understood it quickly. But sometimes the transcript is not very accurate, especially with different accents or bad audio, and I still need to fix names or details by hand. I also noticed that it depends a lot on internet and browser extensions, and there is no offline transcription, which can be annoying. For small teams or students the free tier is nice, but some of the more powerful features are locked behind paid plans, so it may feel a bit expensive if you only use it a few times a month. Overall, it saves time and reduces stress in meetings, but you still have to double-check the output and decide if the price and limits fit your own use.
