Clari Copilot feels like a strong sales call helper, because it does real-time transcription and shows live battlecards so you can react faster when a buyer pushes back, and I like that it also captures next steps and can push smart summaries to Slack. The coaching side is useful too (like monologue alerts and talk/listen signals), so it is good for managers and for reps who want to improve. But it is not perfect: the price can feel high for smaller teams, the voice recognition may struggle with accents at first, and sometimes the bot does not join even when you add it. Also, some users report UI friction (like a Salesforce panel that feels intrusive) plus bugs or lag, and battlecards only really shine after you spend time tuning your playbooks and trigger phrases.
