The Terms don’t describe a general “refund on cancellation” policy, so refunds aren’t promised just because you uninstall or end the service. They do say eesel may give a prorated refund of prepaid fees if it terminates your use of the service due to an IP infringement issue (Section 9.3).

After testing eesel AI (and comparing it with other knowledge base and support AI tools), I felt it is a fast and useful way to get answers from company docs without hunting through many pages. I liked that it can pull helpful info from connected tools and reply in a clear, “support teammate” style, which can save time for both customers and internal teams. But it is not perfect: the answer quality depends a lot on how clean and up to date your documents are, and sometimes it can miss the exact detail you want or give a reply that feels a bit too general. Setup can also take some effort if your content is messy or spread across too many places. Overall, I think eesel AI is a strong option for quick self-serve answers, but it still needs good content and careful checking for important questions.
