After using Guru and trying other knowledge base apps, I feel it is very useful for keeping company information in one place and finding answers fast, especially with its browser extension and workflow integrations that save time. But it is not perfect when there are many entries, the search sometimes shows too many similar results and it can take extra clicks to find the right thing, and teams still need good discipline to keep content updated so things don’t get stale. Also, the verification reminders can feel a bit noisy if you have lots of cards, and some advanced customizations (like templates or deep search filters) are not as strong as in other tools I have used. Overall, it makes work easier but requires effort and organization to get the best results, and it is not always ideal for very large or complex knowledge bases.
