I tried SiteGPT after using some other AI chatbot tools, and I think it does many things really well, but also has a few weak points. The setup was very simple, and I liked how quickly I could train the bot with my website content. Features like lead capture, quick prompts, and email summaries are really helpful for keeping track of visitors. I also liked that it supports many languages and can connect with tools like Zendesk. But I noticed the bot sometimes gives generic answers if the training data is not detailed, and retraining takes a manual step, which feels a bit slow compared to tools that update automatically. The design is nice and clean, but the pricing can feel a little high once you scale. Overall, it’s a strong option if you want something easy to use, but it still has room to improve.
