After testing Shortwave, I found it to be a refreshing take on email management, especially for teams. Its AI-powered features, like drafting emails and providing instant summaries, save a lot of time, and the ability to assign tasks and comment on threads makes team collaboration smoother. The organization tools, like inbox tabs and email-to-task conversion, are helpful, but they can feel a bit overwhelming at first for new users. I appreciated the clean design and ease of use, though I did notice that some advanced features, like custom scripts, could be tricky for non-tech-savvy users. While it’s a great tool for professionals, it might be overkill for individuals with simple email needs. Overall, Shortwave has potential to make email more productive but could improve on simplifying the learning curve for all users.
