After using Smartsheet for a few weeks, I think it’s a strong tool, especially if you like working with spreadsheets but need more power. But it can feel a bit too complex at times, especially for someone new. Some features are hidden or take time to understand. Also, the mobile app is okay, but not as smooth as the desktop version. Overall, it’s great for teams who need detailed control, but it’s not the easiest tool to learn quickly.
