Copper is easy to use and integrates well with Google Workspace, helping small businesses manage sales and projects efficiently. Customer support is responsive and the platform is feature-rich with good pipeline customization. Pricing may be high for startups without dedicated sales staff.

Our Expert's Opinion
[4.3/5]
I tried Copper after using other CRMs like HubSpot and Zoho, and it felt very simple and clean, especially if you use Gmail a lot. I liked how it adds contacts and tracks emails without much setup. The project part was also helpful to keep work going after closing a deal. But some things were missing too the reports are not very deep, and if you don’t use Google Workspace, it’s not as useful. Also, some features like automation and bulk emails only come in higher plans, which can get expensive. It’s great for small teams who want something easy, but maybe not enough for bigger or more complex businesses.
