After trying Thinkstack AI, I feel it is a very useful tool for building chatbots quickly without coding, and the setup is simple compared to some other platforms I have used. I like that it connects with many apps and supports many languages, which makes it flexible. The forms and automation features also save time. But I noticed that sometimes the bot replies can feel too generic if not trained well, and there are limits when I wanted deeper integrations since not all APIs are open yet. The design options are good, but a little more freedom in customizing layouts would make it even better. Overall, it works well for small to medium businesses, but bigger companies might find some gaps if they need very advanced control.
