After testing Chaterimo and using similar apps before, I found it very easy to set up and use, especially with its web scraping and file upload features for building a knowledge base. The 24/7 support and multilingual capabilities are great for reaching more customers. However, the integration process on some platforms, like WordPress, felt a bit tricky for beginners, and I noticed that customizing the chatbot’s responses can take some extra effort. While the AI answers are usually accurate, sometimes they miss the tone or detail needed for certain questions. Overall, Chaterimo is a solid tool, but it could be more beginner-friendly in some areas.

    Chaterimo is very easy to set up and works well with my Shopify store. The AI chatbot helps answer customer questions quickly and feels very smart. The support team is helpful and always ready to assist. I wish the pricing was a bit clearer, but overall it improves my customer service a lot.
