Our Expert's Opinion
[3.5/5]
After trying AgentFlow in a test setup, I feel it shows real promise the multi-agent orchestration works fast and can handle multi-step workflows smoothly, which is great when you need to automate complex tasks end-to-end. But it’s not perfect: sometimes agents conflict or produce inconsistent results, and coordinating several agents becomes a bit confusing when things go wrong (as often happens with multi-agent systems). Also, there’s a risk of high complexity and overhead setting up, debugging and monitoring workflows takes significant effort, and small mistakes in orchestration logic can lead to big failures. For simpler tasks, a single-agent or simpler automation tool often feels more stable. Still, when used carefully and with good oversight, AgentFlow can be a powerful way to reduce repetitive manual workload and speed up complex processes.
