AI Review
[4.7/5]
Avoma is highly praised for its user-friendly interface, accurate AI transcription, automatic recording, and conversation intelligence features that save time on call reviews and sales coaching. Users appreciate its value for money compared to competitors like Gong and ChorusAI, excellent customer support, and productivity boosts, though some note minor UI issues and occasional bugs.

Our Expert's Opinion
[4.5/5]
Avoma feels like a solid AI meeting assistant that saves time because it can record calls, create a live transcript, and produce notes you can search later, so you can pay attention during the meeting instead of typing. I also like that it handles recording consent in meetings, which makes things less awkward. But it is not perfect: the transcription and notes can be wrong sometimes, especially with special words or industry terms, and a few users mention recording issues too. The interface can take a bit of getting used to, and some features feel more “team/company” than “just me,” so it may not be the best pick for casual use.
