I found BotSpace particularly useful for ecommerce brands that want WhatsApp marketing and customer support in the same workspace. I liked the shared inbox because it makes team collaboration simple, while the workflow builder gives businesses considerably more control over automated customer journeys. The AI agent was also useful for handling repetitive questions and freeing human agents to focus on more valuable conversations. I particularly liked that the platform includes Instagram alongside WhatsApp instead of treating WhatsApp as the only channel. The main limitation is that AI usage and additional channels can introduce extra costs beyond the base subscription. Overall, I would recommend BotSpace for growing Shopify and D2C businesses.
