I found Captions especially strong for talking-head and social-media videos, where the combination of captions, AI editing, eye-contact correction, and dubbing can remove a lot of repetitive work. I liked how quickly I could make a video look more polished without having to manually handle every small edit. The AI Twins and generative-video tools also make it much more versatile than a traditional captioning app. I particularly liked the chat-based editing because it makes the editing process feel more conversational and accessible. The main drawback I noticed is the credit system, because heavy AI generation can consume credits quickly and make the higher plans expensive. Overall, I would recommend Captions for creators who want an AI-first mobile video-production workflow.
