After using Document360 and trying other knowledge base tools before it, I think it feels very strong in many areas but not perfect. The interface and organisation make writing and managing help articles much easier than some older tools I’ve used, and the search works well most of the time, which is a big plus. However, I did notice that some parts can be a bit hard to customise or format exactly the way you want, and there were a few glitches and a learning curve when I first started, especially if you try to do more advanced edits or exports. Some users also feel it’s a bit pricey for smaller teams compared to simpler tools that do less but cost less too. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you need a real knowledge base, but it takes a bit of patience to learn and isn’t always perfect for every use case.
