After using eSkill and comparing it with other similar tools, my honest opinion is that it can be very useful but it is not perfect. The platform has a large library of tests and good customization options, so you can build assessments that fit your hiring needs, and many people find it intuitive once you get used to it. However, I also noticed a few drawbacks: the pricing model can feel rigid because you often buy more test capacity than you need, and it can be slow or awkward to navigate when you’re customizing complex assessments. Some users also mention that certain test content can feel outdated or not relevant unless you update it yourself. Overall, if you need solid pre-employment tests and are ready to spend some time setting things up, Eskill works well but it takes patience and investment to get the most out of it.
