The biggest plus is how it uses 3D data and Success Signals to surface candidates I would never find with simple keyword searches, especially for niche or diverse profiles, and the AI agents do reduce some manual work in sourcing and outreach. However, parts of the product can feel buggy or confusing, and some workflows take a while to learn, so it doesn’t feel “plug and play” for a new recruiter or hiring manager. It also seems better suited for professional roles with strong online footprints, and not as good for high-volume or blue-collar hiring.
