FullStory is widely praised for strong session replay, useful behavioral insights, and helpful support. The biggest complaint is pricing, which many reviewers say is high for smaller teams or light usage.

Our Expert's Opinion
[4.7/5]
I found FullStory particularly useful for understanding what users are actually doing rather than relying only on traditional analytics numbers. The session replay was the feature I found most valuable because I could see exactly where users were struggling, clicking repeatedly, or abandoning a journey. I also liked the heatmaps and behavioral filters because they made it easier to move from a broad problem to specific user sessions. The interface felt fairly intuitive, although the number of available features can become a little overwhelming as you go deeper into the platform. I also appreciated the privacy controls and the ability to analyze both web and mobile experiences. Overall, I would recommend FullStory for teams that need deeper behavioral insights beyond standard analytics
