AI Review
[4.5/5]
The site peizhuoli.github.io looks like a credible academic project page. Search results link it to SIGGRAPH and arXiv papers, GitHub repositories, and OpenReview/ACM pages, which suggests it is maintained by a real researcher and used to share code and pre-trained models. I did not find clear public reviews, but the available web evidence is strongly positive.

Our Expert's Opinion
[4/5]
After testing GANimator and comparing it with other AI animation tools, it feels more like a powerful research project than a polished commercial product. The motion quality can look surprisingly good, especially considering it can learn from only one animation sequence. The style transfer and motion generation features are very creative and different from many basic animation tools. But it is not beginner-friendly at all. Setup requires technical knowledge, Python, and machine learning experience. There is no clean drag-and-drop interface, and some generated motions still look unnatural or need fixing. It is impressive for researchers and advanced users, but casual creators may struggle with installation and workflow.

GANimator AI is a decent tool with some useful features, but it did not fully meet my expectations. It works okay for simple tasks, though the results can feel a bit inconsistent at times.
