After testing Geotab and using similar fleet management platforms, I found it to be one of the most complete solutions available. The amount of data and reporting it provides is impressive, and the vehicle tracking is accurate and reliable. The platform offers many customization options, which is great for larger businesses, but that can also make it feel overwhelming for new users. Setup is generally straightforward, although understanding all the features takes time. I also noticed that pricing is not very transparent because it is sold through resellers, and support quality can vary depending on the reseller you work with. While the interface is powerful, some areas could feel more modern and easier to navigate. Overall, Geotab delivers excellent functionality, strong analytics, and useful integrations, but there is still room for improvement in usability and pricing clarity.
