After trying HelpDocs AI and comparing it with other tools I’ve used, I think it’s useful but not perfect. The AI makes writing drafts and outlines much faster and can help you start articles without staring at a blank page, which is great for speeding up your workflow. It also keeps your content consistent and gives ideas you might not have thought of. But it’s not always perfectly accurate or ready to publish without editing, so you still need to check the facts and tone yourself just like with any AI tool. The search and suggestion features are okay, but sometimes don’t understand really specific or technical questions as well as a human writer would. Overall, it’s a good helper but not a full replacement for a real editor or writer, and you should be careful not to rely on it blindly.
