After using Hive for a few weeks, I think it’s a solid tool, especially for teams that want everything in one place. The templates made it easy to start, and the different views like Kanban and Gantt helped me see my work clearly. I liked the built-in chat and AI help, which saved me time. But some parts felt a bit slow, and setting up automations was confusing at first. Also, if you want the best features like time tracking or forms, you have to pay extra. Hive is good, but not perfect it’s best for teams that want an all-in-one tool and don’t mind a bit of learning at the start.
