After using Hotshot, I found it to be an interesting tool for creating short videos from text, but it’s not without flaws. The ability to generate videos in different styles is fun, and the quality is generally good for what it offers, especially with no watermarks in the free version. However, the free tier is quite limited with only two video generations per day, which can be frustrating. The videos are short, capped at 10 seconds, so it’s not suitable for longer content creation. Also, the interface can feel a bit slow at times, especially when waiting for videos to render. Overall, it’s a promising tool, but it still needs improvements in flexibility and speed to compete with other video generators.
