Our Expert's Opinion
[4.7/5]
IBM Cyber Fraud is an interesting new addition to IBM's enterprise fraud portfolio. Its biggest advantage is connecting fraud, payment, identity, and security intelligence in one investigation experience. The AI-driven workflow automation could significantly reduce repetitive analyst work. Its integrations with Trusteer and Safer Payments strengthen the overall fraud ecosystem. However, it is still a relatively new private-preview offering, so long-term market performance remains unproven. For large financial institutions already using IBM technologies, it has considerable potential.
