I feel Kore.ai is a strong, enterprise-first platform that gives me a lot of power to build serious chat and voice assistants, with good low-code tools, many channels, and strong NLP once everything is set up. However, it does not feel “simple” to me in real use: my team faced a steep learning curve, the web studio sometimes slowed down with complex flows, and I found parts of the documentation confusing or too light, especially around integrations and IVR. Since I already know chatbot platforms, I appreciate the rich features, templates, and integration options, but if I were a small team or just starting with AI bots, Kore.ai would probably feel heavy, a bit slow at times, and not very friendly for quick experiments or clear pricing.
