Our Expert's Opinion
[4.4/5]
Using Lever after trying other recruiting platforms, I would say it feels clean and easy to learn, and I really like how the ATS and CRM are in one place, so I don’t have to jump between tools all day. At the same time, some parts can feel a bit heavy, especially when there are many open roles and a long list of candidates, and reports sometimes take a little effort to set up in the way I want. I enjoy the simple pipeline view and how fast I can move candidates between stages, but I wish a few workflows, like bulk editing or some integrations, were more flexible and needed fewer clicks. Overall, I feel Lever makes my hiring work more organized and transparent, but it is not perfect, and I still see room for smoother performance and more control in some advanced features.
