From testing Manatal and comparing it with other ATS tools, I feel it is a very easy and friendly system to work with: setup is quick, the pipeline view is clear, and moving candidates with drag and drop makes daily work simple. The AI features like resume enrichment and smart summaries help save time and give a fast view of each candidate, which is great when you handle many roles at once. Pricing also seems fair for small and mid-sized teams that want a modern cloud ATS without something too complex. But it is not perfect: some users report that certain features do not always work smoothly, notifications can be unreliable, and the email inbox and search feel a bit clumsy. Customization and a few advanced options (like deep reporting, portals, and some integrations) are limited or need extra work, so very large or advanced teams may feel they will outgrow Manatal over time.
