After using Medallia, I found it to be a powerful tool for gathering and analyzing feedback from customers and employees. The platform is user-friendly, and its AI features make it easy to get insights quickly. I liked how it integrates with other systems, so everything works together smoothly. However, setting up the platform can feel overwhelming at first because there are so many options to configure. Also, while the reports are detailed, they can be tricky to customize if you're not very tech-savvy. Overall, it’s a great tool, but it takes time to learn and get the most out of it.
