After testing Metaview and using similar recruiting tools, I found it to be one of the more complete AI hiring platforms available today. The interview note-taking feature works very well and saves a lot of time, while the application review and sourcing tools can reduce manual work for recruiters. I also liked how the platform keeps hiring teams aligned with shared information and reports. However, it is not perfect. Some recruiters may still want to manually review candidates instead of relying heavily on AI recommendations, and smaller teams might not need all of its advanced features. There can also be a learning curve when setting up workflows. Overall, Metaview delivers real value for active hiring teams, but it works best when AI supports human decisions rather than replacing them.
