After trying and comparing My AskAI with other AI support tools, I feel it is very easy to set up and can answer many common support questions fast, which saves time for teams. Many users say it works well with their helpdesk and starts answering right after setup, and that the insights features really help improve their docs. But I noticed that sometimes it can struggle with deeper context or strange phrasings, and a few reviewers said the interface could be better or that some useful features are only in higher plans, so it isn’t perfect for everything. Still, for basic automated support and saving hours of simple work, it feels like a solid choice, but you shouldn’t expect it to handle every tricky question without some tweaking.
