AI Review
[4.5/5]
Orphiq is a comprehensive AI-powered music management platform designed to streamline release planning, career strategy, and team coordination for artists. Users appreciate its intelligent Apollo AI system that personalizes advice based on artist-specific knowledge, eliminating repetitive information sharing. The platform offers excellent features including timeline management, content planning suggestions, and data analytics for measuring engagement metrics. Pricing is flexible with free and paid tiers starting at $37/month. The main value proposition—automating logistics so artists can focus on creativity—resonates well with the target audience of solo artists, managers, and labels seeking operational efficiency.

Our Expert's Opinion
[3.8/5]
After using Orphiq and comparing it with other tools like Notion and Trello, I feel it has some great ideas but it is not perfect. The AI suggestions for planning and content ideas can be helpful, especially if you are new to release workflows and want a system made for music rather than generic task boards, and it does cut down on switching between apps. But at times the AI feels generic or misses context unless you feed it a lot of data, and some parts still need manual tweaking. Also, for very simple projects or artists who only release once or twice a year, the extra features can feel too much and not worth the cost compared to free tools. Overall, it feels promising but still needs time to become truly smooth for every kind of artist workflow.
