I found PostHog surprisingly comprehensive because I could handle analytics, session recordings, feature flags, experiments, and user feedback without jumping between several different tools. The event tracking and funnel reports were particularly useful for understanding where users were dropping off, while session replay helped me see what was actually happening behind those numbers. I also liked the usage-based pricing because the generous free limits make it easy to start without committing to an expensive plan. The one thing I found slightly difficult was the sheer number of features, which can make the interface feel overwhelming at first. Overall, I would recommend PostHog for product and engineering teams that want a powerful all-in-one analytics platform
