AI Review
[2.8/5]
Read.ai receives mixed reviews, with praise for quick AI summaries, accurate transcription, and note-taking convenience, but strong criticism for privacy issues like uninvited meeting joins, poor sentiment analysis, security concerns, clunky interface, high costs, and bad customer support.

Our Expert's Opinion
[3.9/5]
I like Read AI because it gives me clean meeting notes, a summary, and action items fast, so I do not have to write everything during the call. The real-time sentiment / engagement idea is interesting, but sometimes it feels distracting, and I am not sure I want to “measure” every meeting. The transcript is helpful, but it is not perfect when people talk at the same time or when there is noise, so I still double-check important parts. Also, the bot joining meetings can feel awkward with clients, and some people worry about permissions or “unverified” bots in Teams, so I only use it when everyone clearly agrees.
