After using Slite and comparing it with similar tools like Notion, Confluence, and other knowledge bases, here’s my honest take: Slite feels clean and easy to use, especially if you just want a simple place to create and organize team docs without lots of clutter, and its AI search makes finding info quick once your content is set up. But it’s not perfect some features you might expect, like advanced organization options or offline access, are limited or missing, which can be frustrating if you’re used to more flexible tools. I also found that the way it structures collections and folders takes a bit of getting used to, and if your team grows or needs heavy project/task management, Slite can feel a bit too basic compared to bigger platforms. Overall, it’s great for a lightweight team wiki or central knowledge hub, but not ideal if you want super complex workflows or maximum flexibility.
