Sybill looks like a strong AI sales assistant that saves time with clear call summaries, searchable transcripts, and handy follow-up email drafts, so you can stay focused in the meeting instead of typing notes. At the same time, it is not perfect: some users say the notes or recaps can be slow to arrive, the email drafts can sound more formal than their normal style, and people still want better ways to clip and share key moments. One independent test also mentions it can be annoying to switch off (it may join meetings when you did not want it to), logging in can take a while, and it may feel limited if you need deep analytics or lots of custom setup. Also, if you want CRM autofill, setup can require an admin and sometimes admin-level CRM permissions, which can slow you down in bigger teams.
