After testing Talview and using other similar apps, my feeling is mixed but mostly positive. The good part is that the platform is quite strong for big online exams and interviews, it handles many candidates at once, and reports and recordings are easy to find later, which helps support teams work faster. The customer support is usually quick and friendly, and once everything is set up, the system feels stable and reliable. But there are also some problems. The secure browser and first-time setup can be confusing and a bit “tech heavy,” and some people struggle with exam rules, time zones, or registration steps that are not very clear. Sometimes you also feel the workflow is more complex than it needs to be, and a few helpful features, like better mobile checks or smarter scheduling, are still missing. Overall, Talview feels powerful and professional, but it still needs some polish to be truly simple for every user.
