Our Expert's Opinion
[4.5/5]
After using Tettra and testing it alongside similar knowledge tools, I think it is very easy to use and great for centralizing team information, especially if your team already uses Slack and Google Workspace you can find or add answers without leaving chat. It does a good job of keeping knowledge organized and searchable, and the AI-driven Q&A can cut down on repetitive questions. However, it isn’t perfect: the search and customization options feel basic compared with some other apps, and it can be less powerful for very large or complex documentation needs. Also, smaller teams might find the pricing a bit high since you must have at least 10 users on paid plans, and the mobile support isn’t very strong. Overall, it’s a solid, user-friendly tool, but it has some limits if you need deep flexibility or enterprise-grade features.
