I tried Tiledesk after using some other chatbot and automation tools, and I think it is very powerful but also a bit confusing at first. The visual builder is nice because you can drag and drop things, but sometimes it feels slow and you need time to understand how prompt-chains work. I like that it connects to many channels like WhatsApp and email, and the AI answers are accurate most of the time, but setting up the knowledge base took longer than I expected. The handoff to human agents works well, but I noticed the dashboard can look crowded if you have many agents. Overall, Tiledesk is a strong open-source tool that can save time and reduce support work, but it still needs some polish to make it easier for beginners.
