I tried Userdesk after using many similar AI chatbot tools, and I think it does a good job with setup and ease of use. It’s very simple to connect your content from websites, Notion, or PDFs, and the chatbot gives fast replies that usually make sense. I liked that it works in different languages and connects with tools like Slack and WordPress. But sometimes the answers feel a bit too generic, and it took some effort to make the bot sound more natural. Also, the design options are limited if you want full control. Overall, it's a helpful tool, but not perfect yet.
