After trying VidCruiter and comparing it with other hiring tools I’ve used, here’s my honest, experience-based view: VidCruiter can really speed up hiring and saves a lot of time with its video interviewing and scheduling tools, and its customer support is often very good compared to many competitors. But I also noticed it isn’t always easy to use right away some features feel non-intuitive and there’s a small learning curve before you can work smoothly. It also feels a bit rigid when you want to tweak interview templates or workflows once they’re set up, and occasional performance lags or confusing parts can slow you down. Overall, VidCruiter is solid and helpful, especially for structured recruiting, but it’s not perfect and may take time to really get comfortable with.
