Based on trying Workable and comparing it with other hiring tools, I think it is a very easy to use and clean platform that makes it simple to post jobs, track candidates, and work with hiring managers in one place. The pipeline view and one-click posting to many job boards feel smooth, and the basic AI features for job ads and candidate suggestions are helpful but not magical. For small teams, though, the pricing can feel high, especially when you start adding paid extras or need more than very basic analytics. I also noticed that advanced reporting and searching are not as strong or flexible as some other tools, so power users may feel limited, and there is a bit of a learning curve for the more complex parts. Some users also report slow replies from support at times, which can be frustrating when something breaks. Overall, I see Workable as a solid all-in-one hiring tool that works great for everyday recruiting, but it is not perfect and may feel expensive or limiting if you need deep customization, advanced reports, or very fast support.
