After testing Freshchat, I found it to be a solid choice for businesses that need a reliable chat tool to talk with customers. The setup was easy, and the interface is clean, which helps agents respond faster. I liked the AI chatbots they handle basic questions well and save time for agents. Freshchat’s proactive engagement features let you reach out to customers first, which is a nice touch. However, there were some limitations with customization; it’s hard to adjust everything exactly how we wanted it. Also, while the integrations are helpful, setting them up took more time than expected. Overall, Freshchat works well for customer support, but it could be a bit more flexible.
