After testing PolyAI, I found it very impressive in handling calls with a natural voice and solving common customer issues like booking and payments. The setup was fast, and it worked well with my existing systems, which made it easy to start using. However, it sometimes struggled with very specific or uncommon questions, and it could feel a bit robotic during longer conversations. The dashboard for tracking performance is helpful, but it can be overwhelming with too much data. Overall, it’s a solid tool for automating simple tasks, but it needs improvement in handling complex customer needs.
