It’s impressive how smoothly Aivo handles multiple channels, so customer queries come through in one place, which saves a lot of time. However, I noticed that setup can be complex for new users, as it requires some technical knowledge, especially with their Studio tool for custom integrations. Additionally, while the generative AI responses are helpful, they sometimes feel a bit too scripted. Overall, it’s a solid platform, but a bit more flexibility and ease for beginners would make it even better.
